HISTORY:
Before opening its own business, owner Hernando Velandia, worked for a property management company, where he started to do small jobs for the residential Associations.
As years went by, he not only gained experience, but was able to become an independent company.
With over 12 years of experience, we have serviced community associations (both HOA & Condos), as well as homeowners in both Miami-Dade and Broward County.
